'Cause every comic forum needs a fanart thread.

And just to get us started...

Oh, thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!

That's so great, a professorial pin-up! And he looks so wise and benevolent, and his accompanied by one of my favourite Einstein quotes!

Few people know, however, that this is only a partial quote. In reality, Einstein said: "All of science is nothing than a refinement of everyday thinking. A Refinement of about 2 x 10^6 %." Very Happy (Just joking, of course.)

And a geeky one to boot. What you wrote means that it is 20000 times refined... So the problem now takes an interesting scope... if it we refine everyday thinking, which means we have a thought destiler, it would take 20000 times the everyday thinking of all human population, which by the way is not standard as people tend to die or be given birth all the time, take all this amount, and then we will get 1 time all science. So 20000*(thoughts of all humans)/365= 54 year and nine and a half months of all humans thought to get the whole of science. I mean obviously, this is crazy...
Hopefully you were joking, and Proff will soon e-mail me to ask me to fill in as his asistant if he does not get Mopey back Razz

Around 1500 A.D., learned men were still believed able to aquire the sum of human knowledge in a lifetime of study. Around 1990 A.D., it would have required 3500 years of study to read all scientific papers published that year alone. Laughing

Oh, thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you all over again!

This one's great, too, the background really catches Mopey's personality! Smile

You are so nice to me.

By the way, ShiPainter seems to be some sort of freeware painting program, what's supposed to be it's strength, compared to others?

Glad you like it, all over again! Very Happy Very Happy

As for the strengths of ShiPainter... we dunno... first time using it, ourselves. It's free, which is nice. And, um, it does some neat things, like textures (the background of the Mopey picture, for instance) and "burning" (the dark patches of the dress). Yeah. Try putzing around with it for yourself. We're not entirely sure we like it. Confused Confused

Bored again... A (rather badly-done) doodle of Turkey, because we love him.

Very Happy Very Happy Lovies, Lovies, Lovies! Very Happy Very Happy

I especially love the background, that yellow, blue and green give such an upbeat, happy, sunny atmosphere to it all. The cutest picture of a vulture I've ever seen. Laughing

What else should I say to this, but: 'piok'.

Glad you like it, but the way you draw Turkey is much more adorable.
