I see Mopey's piercings are again all over the place. But at least they are (partially, for one panel) present, so that's half a step forward, author. 
(Do you need help in figuring out how piercings work? You seem a bit confused as to their purpose and appliance. [/tryingtobeaggressivelyhelpful])
p2, i'm with Sephy. B|
(I suppose he's also the one providing the electricity. I'm sure he has a LGHTNG3 or two around somewhere.

Well, it's just Snuka - I'm pretty sure he did something he deserved a punishment for in all of the time he spent off-screen.

Well, I guess some help couldn't hurt. Here's the sum total of my knowledge re:piercings:
-They're jewelry, like rings and stuff.
-But you don't put them on your finger, you put them in your face somewhere.
-For some reason.

Piercing lesson go! o/
1. You're close. They're jewelry like earrings, being pierced through the skin or thin areas of flesh (like the earlobe). They aren't something you glue to your skin or somesuch. They are actual rings and studs with counter-pieces.
2. You put them in many places that somehow protrude or have said thin areas of flesh or skin. Your face is just one of those.
3. For many reasons, including primarily fashion (same reason you wear earrings and rings and makeup and so on) and sexual/erotic reasons. (Mopey as a stereotypical goth type is more likely to wear plenty of them for all of these reasons combined. Sephi to some extend too, for that matter, but only if it doesn't interfere with his Standard White Haired Pretty Boy image. So probably not in the face. That's a different (black haired) Pretty Boy subtype.)
There are many attachment points for piercings in and on the human body.

O_O Woah, thanks a lot - that's crazy helpful.
In fact, just reading your summary makes that little aspect easily the most well-researched issue in the whole comic.
So I guess....Mopey could have...a ring or one of those barbells through her eyebrow, and the other one should be on her lower, not upper lip? |

Pretty much, yeah. From what you've shown of her initially she got a stud in the side of her nose, a barbell in the eyebrow and a ring in her lower lip, visually speaking.
